A lot of being healthy is about eating the right stuff in the right amounts. This comes down to three things, click on any of these for more information:-
- Nutrition – a knowledge of what nutrients you need to get in your diet and what they do for you - in particular knowing what happens if you eat too much or too little of them
- Food – a knowledge of what nutrients are in the various foods we eat
- Cooking and Healthy Eating – being able to convert that knowledge into tasty, healthy meals.
